Become the
name it says.
One person at a time. A flat fee written on this page. An honest window that does not quietly get longer once you have paid. And a plain answer up front if we think you are not ready, which happens to about a third of the people who ask.
Half up front, half when there is something live to show you.
Everything we control happens here.
Google's clock. We publish it rather than shorten it.
Nothing live by then and you get the whole fee back.
Nine jobs. None of them is a report.
What already exists under your name, who else shares it, and which route your case falls into. About half of people turn out to have fragments already, which makes everything faster.
Every place your name, title, dates or photo disagree across the internet. Each disagreement is a reason for a machine to stay unsure, and unsure means no file.
One page on your own website that says plainly who you are, written so a machine does not have to guess. Everything else gets checked against it.
Registers, catalogues, directories, professional bodies. Dull as anything, and they carry more weight than a year of social posts.
Coverage on somebody else's site, with your name in it, published by someone with nothing to gain. Slowest part of the job. Also the part that cannot be faked.
Done where the case is genuinely strong. Where it is not, we say so rather than create something that gets deleted in a fortnight and leaves a mark against you.
The same picture in every place you appear. It is one of the easiest things for a machine to confirm and one of the most commonly wasted.
When the box appears you claim it yourself, in your own account. We tell you which buttons and what every error message means. We never touch your documents.
If there is not enough to work with you hear that before you pay, with the reason and with what would change it. That is about a third of enquiries.
There are two finish lines.
Most people are only sold one.
The first is the file existing. Search a special identifier and the card comes back. It is real, it is the hard part, and the AI assistants are already reading it.
The second is the box appearing when somebody types your plain name. That is the one everybody pictures, and it depends on Google deciding your file is the main answer for that name.
Four of our eight are at the first finish line and not yet the second. They are on this site anyway, labelled, because finding that out in month ten is how people end up feeling cheated by work that was actually going fine.
Nobody should ever hold your ID for this.
The last step is you signing into your own Google account and proving you are the person in the box.
It is filmed and published here rather than described, because it is the step most often quietly folded into somebody's retainer. Handing your passport to a stranger so they can verify you to Google is not a service. It is a risk with an invoice stapled to it.
Four people at a time.
Send three things.
Your full name spelled the way you want it spelled permanently. One link to something somebody else published about you. One line on why this year matters more than next.
You get a straight answer back: yes we can start, or not yet and here is exactly what is missing. No call needed for either, and no call needed for the price, because it is already on this page.
When the answer is no
- Nothing published about you by anyone other than you.
- Someone with your name is much more written about, and there is no plan for that.
- You need it by a specific date. That date belongs to Google.
- You want the box to say something that is not true.
Before you email
Why is the price just sitting there on the page?
Because a price you have to book a call to hear is a price that moves depending on how the call goes. This one does not move. Same number for everybody, and you can decide without speaking to anyone.
Do I have to get on a call?
Only if you want to. Everything you need to decide is written down here: what gets done, what it costs, how long it takes, when the money moves, and what happens if it fails. A call adds warmth. It does not add facts.
What happens in the first two or three months?
All the work we control. We look at what Google already has on you, fix everything that contradicts itself, build the page that acts as your reference, get you into the databases that count, and go and get other people to write about you by name. Then it is waiting.
Why can nobody guarantee this?
Because Google decides, on a schedule nobody outside Google can see. What can be guaranteed is the work, the refund at twelve months, and being told honestly up front if we think you are not ready.
I already have a panel and it says the wrong thing.
Different job, usually a faster one. Say that in your first line and send the search that shows the mistake. Fixing a live one and creating one from nothing are almost unrelated tasks.
There is another person with my name.
Then say so early. It changes the job from building a record into making yours the one Google prefers, which takes longer and is occasionally not worth doing. Better to hear that now than in month ten.
